Mason K. Bray is a pretty cool guy . . . you might have to do a double take. He’s a playful, optimistic and driven creative enthusiast who understands the art of conversation. For example, he can make a new friend in only four minutes and thirty-five seconds.

 

But really, Mason K. Bray is curious, wide-eyed and bold. He is a multi-media artist and designer who can visualize concepts from multiple angles and bring them to life. Mason is able to see the “big picture” and appreciate the pleasure of being spontaneous: he’s a great storyteller and entertainer.

 

He is from Silver Spring, Maryland, a part of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area (a.k.a the DMV), but has also come to embrace the culture and vibes of Tampa, Florida. He graduated from The University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Advertising and Public Relations and minors in Graphic Design and Communications (May 2019). While studying, Mason also worked as a Student Ambassador for The University of Tampa where he could be seen giving tours, presenting in front of large crowds, driving the limo-golf cart and connecting with people from all backgrounds.

 

As a multi-racial individual, Mason believes that everyone has a unique story that when shared can connect and bring culturally different people together. He also believes that happiness is a chosen mindset and has the ability to create new and endless opportunities.

 

This particular way of thinking leads Mason to many endeavors and opportunities. He is constantly improving himself and bringing out the best from those around him.

 

Mason has expanded his cultural awareness through a Study Abroad experience in Barcelona, Spain (France, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Greece), traveled with The University of Tampa Admissions team to conduct and present admitted student receptions across the east coast, facilitated events as an executive member of the UTampa Photography Club, exhibited art works in galleries and public walls, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

 

Mason finds inspiration and motivation from all aspects of life. He enjoys the finer things: taking long walks on the beach, making art, taking photos, "thrifting", going to happy hour with friends, playing football, eating Asian food, listening to “phonk” music, learning about history, watching cinemas and traveling the world. He enjoys the art of the moment and recognizes the value in all things.

 

His rebel spirit and attitude encourage him to constantly seek new challenges and exciting experiences. His vitality and versatility leads him to the adventurous and innovative world of design, marketing , communications and advertising. Mason loves everything hospitable, creative and strategic.
